Shipping Rates

For the following shipping rates, Gunpla Mecha will choose the shipping carrier and shipping method at its own discretion. Expect average shipment times to range from 1-2 days for West Coast addresses to 5-6 days for East Coast addresses.

$100+ Free Shipping

Free shipping is available to orders shipped within the continental US. Unless otherwise noted, the value of the order must exceed $125 after discounts are applied. Fundraising gifts do not count towards the total order value.

$10 Flat Rate Shipping

Flat rate shipping is available for orders of all sizes. The shipping method will be determined by us at our discretion. If there is a need for faster service, please contact us at gunplamecha@outlook.com after placing your order.

Local Pickup

If you're in the Southern California, Orange County area, we do offer curb-side pickup at our Rancho Santa Margarita location, (my house) . Upon checking out, select the 'Pickup' option and you will receive instructions on how the pickup procedure works.

What if my order is incorrect when it arrives?

We will make it right. Contact us right away by either email to support@gunplamecha.com. We make every effort to assure that all orders are shipped correctly, but we are not machines and are human, so an error can occur. If something is not right, you have our word that we will correct it and make sure you are satisfied.

What if my order arrives damaged by the carrier?

While we make sure each order is securely packaged, mishaps can happen with UPS or the USPS; therefore, we insure everything for safety. So have no worries; we make sure you are protected. If anything ever arrives in a condition you deem unacceptable, simply contact us right away at support@gunplamecha.com (In the meantime, be sure to hold on to the packaging and damaged model as the carrier may require it as part of their investigation.)
